Peter Vrijhoef - Owner and Director
Experienced project/program manager with expertise in Systems Engineering, tooling, and organizational development. I am passionate about optimizing project efficiency and delivering value to complex initiatives. I founded FLIX Consultancy with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between software solutions and their effective application in large-scale projects and organizations. My goal is to ensure (complex) projects run smoothly and in control, working closely with project teams and remaining actively involved within organizations and projects.
Fun fact: I'm highly competitive and love sports! Losing a FIFA match to colleagues, however, is not my favorite thing 😉
Patrick Borsboom

Patrick Borsboom - Business Consultant
Since September 2023, I have been working as a Business Consultant at F.L.I.X. Consultancy. In this role, I serve as an Information Manager for the F126 project at Damen Naval, the largest naval project currently in existence. My expertise lies at the intersection of systems engineering, data-driven project management, process management, and the use and maintenance of the Relatics solution called PiM. Within these responsibilities, I focus on streamlining processes and creating clarity in complex projects.
I help organizations and teams work more efficiently and effectively by analyzing processes and understanding which information is critical for success. Based on this understanding, I configure the Project Information Management (PiM) system in Relatics to optimally meet the needs of the project. My approach is thorough and multidisciplinary; I address issues from different perspectives and look for practical solutions that work.
Beyond my professional ambitions, I enjoy playing the violin, board games, reading books, and simply enjoying life.

Floris Bovendeert

Floris Bovendeert - Business Consultant
I am Floris Bovendeert, 25 years old, and I have been working as a Business Consultant at FLIX Consultancy since September 2024. After completing my HBO Bachelor's in Technical Business Administration at HAN, I earned the (pre-)master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Consulting at VU Amsterdam.
In my role, I help organizations in the offshore and engineering industries manage complex projects and data. My focus is on project information management and control, with expertise in Systems Engineering, problem-solving, project management, information management, and working with low-code programs like Relatics.
Outside of work, I stay active by enjoying activities such as cooking and sports, including hockey, golf, padel, and going to the gym. I also have a passion for traveling and discovering new cities.
Fun fact: I was a ski instructor for several months in Serfaus, Austria.

Since January 2025, I've been working as a Business Consultant at F.L.I.X. Consultancy. During my time here, I've built up solid expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering using Relatics. With my background in project and stakeholder management, I’m able to create tailored solutions that help clients organize and streamline their processes.
I am passionate about diving into challenges and finding innovative solutions that truly make a difference. I enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, understanding their unique needs, and delivering impactful strategies that create value and foster positive change.

Sabine Vrijhoef-Welten - Business Development Manager & HR
As Business Development Manager, I have a crucial role in the growth of FLIX as an organization. I am responsible for the identification of new business opportunities and strengthening of our market position through strategic growth planning. This also includes the recruitment of new talent as well as the development of our in-house training and onboarding program.Â
Fun fact: In my spare time I love to be creative and I also teach watercolor workshops
