Verification & Validation

We provide comprehensive support for Verification and Validation (V&V), a critical method to ensure that projects meet their requirements and objectives. Our approach integrates V&V across all phases of the project, including tender, engineering, construction, and delivery, to maintain quality and alignment with stakeholder needs.

Tender Phase
In the tender phase, we utilize V&V to ensure that the requirements and specifications align with the client’s needs and expectations. We validate that proposed solutions are feasible and meet compliance standards while identifying potential risks early. This foundation sets the stage for a clear and achievable project scope. We use try to apply reference class forecasting (RCF) using the mean (that you can get with the data gathered)

Engineering Phase
During engineering, V&V is applied to verify that designs meet the specified requirements. By following the V-model framework, we ensure traceability from initial requirements to final solutions, validating deliverables at each stage. This structured approach ensures that all engineering outputs align with the project’s objectives. At every stage or milestone we make sure that the deliverables are there.

Construction/production Phase
In construction, we use V&V to verify that the project is built according to the approved designs and specifications. Regular checks and inspections at critical milestones (stage gates) ensure the quality of the build and adherence to plans. This phase focuses on proactive problem-solving to address any deviations promptly.

Delivery Phase
In the delivery phase, V&V ensures that the final product meets all contractual requirements and is fit for purpose. Comprehensive testing, validation, and documentation confirm that the project is ready for handover, giving stakeholders confidence in the final outcome.
