Step 1: Apply. Excited about a role at FLIX? Apply easily and quickly via our website, Magnet.me or LinkedIn. You will receive a response from us within 5 working days.
Step 2: Online introduction. Do your resume and motivation match? Then we would like to invite you for an online introduction. This conversation lasts about 30 minutes and is intended to mutually explore whether there is a good match.
Step 3: Making a business case. Upon a positive acquaintance, we would like to invite you for a business case. You will receive this within 24 hours of completing the online interview with us. The goal is to gain insight into your analytical skills, problem-solving ability and creativity.
Step 4: In-depth interview. After the business case, we invite you for an in-depth interview at our office in Utrecht. During this interview we will discuss your business case and discuss your talents, skills and ambitions. You will learn more about our culture and it offers the opportunity to discuss mutual expectations.
Step 5: Proposal. You will receive a proposal from us.
Step 6: Welcome! Congratulations! We welcome you as a new colleague at FLIX.
