How (our) People support your project
What sets our consultancy services apart is the active role we take within projects, bridging the gap between project execution and the effective use of software solutions. We work closely on the project to ensure that our methods add real value and establish improved ways of working. Being independent from any specific software vendor allows us to recommend and implement the most suitable semantic technology for your project or organization. Our unique blend of services combines Project Management, Systems Engineering, and application configuration to deliver comprehensive and tailored solutions.
System engineering principals
Systems Engineering (SE) is a structured and disciplined approach to the design, realization, technical management, operation, and eventual decommissioning of a system. SE emphasizes a “big picture” perspective when making technical decisions, focusing on fulfilling stakeholder requirements related to functionality, physical attributes, and operational performance within the intended environment and throughout the system’s lifecycle.
In essence, SE is both a logical and holistic way of thinking. It combines the art and science of developing an operational system capable of meeting specified requirements, often within conflicting constraints. SE integrates and balances the contributions of various disciplines—such as structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanism design, power systems, and human factors—ensuring no single perspective dominates. Instead, it achieves a harmonious and coherent system that meets the intended objectives (NASA, 2007, System Engineering Handbook).

V-Model
Our solution serves as a blueprint, a model, for applying the principles of SE on your project. The backbone of this blueprint is based on the Systems Engineering V-model. In this model, not only project phases are managed, but also cross-phase functionalities that are needed to control your project, such as subsystem validation and testing.
Our blueprint is built containing several layers, including:
- Project layer
- Conceptual layer
- Library layer
